Before you visit
Do IΒ need to bring anything for my first class?
Just bring sportswear, sturdy shoes and your own water bottle. Towels and training equipment are provided here.
Is there parking at the studio?
Yes, we have reserved parking spots for members right by the entrance, and there is aΒ public car park nearby too.
Can IΒ come for just one trial class?
Of course β your first class is completely free and with no obligation. Just let us know in advance by phone or e-mail.
